"I've used B & G Storage several times over the years. I've never had any issues with the facility. The staff have always been very helpful & courteous. I can't say enough good things about the manager. She is professional, yet you feel as though she's family. She's very helpful & accommodating to customers. She went out of her way for me! I've been recommending this business for several years, & will continue to do so!!!"

Was on top of everything and had all my stuff set up and ready to go. ☺️ I also was having problems with the website to which she booked my unit for me and everything and all I had to do was sign my papers and pay for my unit. Easiest storage rental I have ever had to be honest."

"I have had a few different storage units with B&G over the years, my brother has a unit currently too. I also use the laundry facilities frequently. The laundry area is always clean, well maintenanced. Signing up for a storage unit was very easy and relatively quick. They payment each month was reasonable and there are a few different ways to pay. I would always call to pay, as I prefer speaking with an actual person when handling bills. I also wasn't due until the 10th of the month, but would always pay within the 2-4th of the month. The charge to speak to a person to pay your bill was changed recently and a little high. The automated system for bill pay wouldn't load my bill amount until the actual due date, so that was a little frustrating, but not that big of a deal. One thing I would recommend, for storage bills due, for the amount to be loaded at the beginning of the month, so for those of us who prefer to pay our bills early, can do so. Anytime I was there on site, the person working was always kind and helpful. I also like that there's a code to enter the storage area, and cameras keeping an eye on things. I trusted that my belongings were safe being stored there, due to these security measures. Which is a relief. I also appreciate the trolleys there, to move your belongings easier. That was very helpful for me. All in all, I had a great experience with storing my belongs and when using the laundry facility. I will still come back, in order to do laundry, and should I need a unit again, I would most definitely call B&G first. I have also recommended friends and family to B&G, should they have laundry or storage needs. Thanks!"

"Sarah and Teresa are amazing! I had to rent a storage unit due to a last minute business trip and they were both so kind and accommodating. I really did feel very welcomed and they both spoke so highly of the business! I actually needed a laundry mat in a pinch and when I walked in, I was pleasantly supervised at how clean the facility was. My items felt safe there so I was able to leave and come back. I will be using their facilities in the future and will make sure everyone knows how kind and accommodating they both were! Everyone else should take notes, because the prices elsewhere were much higher and the staff were terrible. Won’t be doing business with anyone else but B & G."
