"Stayed with my boyfriend here while we were visiting his parents first the service was phenomenal front desk clerk Joshua was very sweet and attentive we didn't like the location of the room and he switched us no problem his services alone won me over not to mention the bed was very comfy we will definitely be back again."

"We travel alot and always consider holiday Inn hotels, but this one was not the best. First, the hvac system was leaking a lot which made the carpet wet, and it was kind of smelly. Second, there was a big and fast spider in the bathroom. Next, the alarm was set on 4am and 6am... woke up every buddy in the room. My main complaint was the breakfast. The food wasn't fresh at all and had no taste in it and they were low on everything, I was waiting for the food most of the time. Also one lady that worked there wasn't so nice.... we asked her to change the pancake batter, but she said it was full when it clearly wasn't and it took her 30min to realized it was empty. Other than that this hotel is like any other Holiday Inn Express we have been to. Looks renovated and some what clean in the lobby. Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless your on a budget."

"If you're in need of a place to stay that's both comfortable and convenient, this Holiday Inn Express is certainly worth considering. The modern amenities, friendly service, and prime location make it an excellent choice for travelers of all kinds. However, it's important to note that there are some aspects of the hotel that are not up to par. One major disappointment was the state of the toilet seat in my room. It was old and crusty, clearly in need of replacement. It was a surprising oversight by the management, and it was disappointing to see that such a basic element of the room had not been addressed. That being said, the hotel does offer a variety of amenities that help make up for this flaw. The rooms are well-appointed with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The complimentary breakfast is also a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from to start your day off right."

"Really lovely stay. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Justine at front desk was so helpful! Breakfast staff were always friendly and sunny every morning. Cleaning staff always seemed happy and so nice! Really great to have exceptional staff where u stay. Makes traveling much more pleasant. Room was spacious and very clean. Lots of amenities. Gym was good size and good equipment. Pool was well kept and nice size (only wish they had lounge chairs out there). Great free breakfast every morning. (Fresh cinnabuns!!) Hard to find good rooms and good hospitality these days so we are thankful for this place."
