"The doors are very noisy. Next door guests kept slamming the door and couldn't sleep. Plumbing was plugged, and cleanliness was not very good. Ran out of toilet paper and tissue, no replacement."

"I was told that they would have housekeeping come clean the rooms every three day, but no one ever came by. On day four of our trip I asked the front desk to send someone to make up our rooms and they dropped off a set of towels, so I went back down and asked them again. The second time someone took out most of the trash. They also ran out of tea in the lobby. For as expensive as this place is, even in the off season, I expected a little better service."

"I would like to share my experience with this stay for 2 nights from Friday 2/2/2024- Sunday 2/4/2024. I had a terrible experience with this stay. After completing the formalities at the service desk, I was given room. The room's main door was wide open when I reached the room. Adding to the frustration, there was a weed smell all over the place. I took this to the service desk, the person checked the room and told me she could not smell anything. Her assistant then came to the room. She could smell weed but told us that it's a disinfectant smell. Is there any such product with a weed smell? It was my wedding anniversary day and I was moving from my room to the desk wasting my time. The service desk person told me to take a refund but was not ready to understand my situation. Where would I find a place at 9:00 PM in an unknown city on my anniversary day with my wife? After some time I asked her to give me a room freshener at least to which she sent a person who sprayed some freshener all over the place. He clearly told me that someone has smoked weed in that room. I checked for the amenities and not to my surprise, the electric iron was missing from the room. I called the service desk and even after an hour I didn't get the iron. The utensils were dirty. Overall, it was a very bad experience with a 3 star hotel. I have travelled to many places around the world and stayed with many hotel chains but never had an experience this bad. My wife was totally frustrated as it was our anniversary day. I would rate it very poor in terms of everything. Only the location is at a good place."

"You can't deny the view totally awesome from the balcony 124. As far as the room outdated trashed mold throughout the shower Hot tub was at least 15 years old. Cracked did not work properly. Bathroom sink leaked. Water everywhere. And a bunch of bed bug bites all for one night of a view with my wife. Never again!!! Much nicer places to stay on the beach for less money... The 2 girls check in at 4 o'clock Just simply rude."

"We originally booked another property just down the strip. The room and description on line weren't what we were given on arrival. Long story short, after getting nowhere with management, we stayed one night because of time we arrived. The next day we walked in the Radisson and explained the situation. The guest services lady, Moesha(?), was very understanding and helpful. We got a great waterfront room. Clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again. Everyone was friendly. Price was very affordable."
