"Placed an order, and you would think that if you have an order for one person, one business, that the shirts would all be the same, NO. The website showed one picture and I got only 2 shirts of that kind, and then they sent 4 others of a different type. However, on the other shirts that was not listed on the website, the tag that shows the sizes specifically shows the other shirts picture!?! The customer service stated the website has not been updated to reflect the change of product, however they still had the same product that was being discontinued, and i asked her why they wouldnt have completed the order using the same identical product in the first place and she could not answer me in a clear direct matter and just skated around the subject. She also did not know the type of material the reflective strip was and told me polyester, however upon sublimating on it, i found it WAS NOT polyester."
