"This company is so unprofessional especially the young women who answers the phone ! They leave you on hold for long periods of time answer hang up send you to voice just bad communication! My package was lost they took a month to get in touch with ups they never completed the claim they said once the package leaves it’s not they responsible they didn’t help me get a replacement refund or anything so i disputed it with my bank and they block my account but ups paid them cause the package was lost ! This is the worst Company I have order from don’t let the website fool you !"

"I will never order from this wholesale store again. every time I place a order with them it’s an issue with my order The first that you may have a couple orders, the sizes was wrong for additional then I was sent the wrong color. Then my item was marked missing or stolen with UPS and they did not send me a refund or replacement they kept picking up the phone putting me on hold and not responding to no emails"

"The styles are cute but the quality are definitely cheap! Their refund/return policy is tight to where it’s almost impossible to do either unless it’s a “defect.” It’s not so much that the items are defected but they are NOT quality made or the material used. I ordered 6 different styles! In each pack some items are sewn a little better then some and the material is thin!! As a boutique owner I don’t feel right marking up these items for a profit. If the item were bought for $20 or $30 with a sellers permit that’s about how much it’s worth!! I’ll have to sell these almost for what I paid for them and HOPE I don’t get a bad review!!! I’m so disappointed!!! This is my first time ordering and my last!!! I wouldn’t have bought any of these if I saw them in person!!!!"
