Gucci

"I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from Gucci. They seem to be too large for my face and fall off, so I called and asked if they could be adjusted. They said they could be adjusted in the store but if it is a major issue then they would have to be sent out for a repair. So I went into the store and tried to let them know of this situation but was immediately told NO and told to go to a sunglass hut to have them fixed. I again tried to ask them why if they were purchased at Gucci? And they just again told me no that I should go to another eyeglass store. They did not even let me show them my product and I felt that I was sent away because I wasn’t making a big purchase :/"

"My husband bought me a pair of sandals for my birthday and when i tried them on at home they were too small. I’m pregnant mind you so my feet are swollen at the moment. The manager Javier wouldn’t even speak to me but told his sales associate that he won’t return them because they’ve been worn. I tried them on at my house and that was it so i tried to explain i didn’t wear them and you would see damage to the bottom of the shoe if i did. This is the condition i received them in. After insulting me for about 15 minutes he agreed to give me a store credit. He wouldn’t even look me in the eye and continued to yell over me when i spoke. Awful customer service and awful experience. No one even wants Gucci anymore!!!!"

"Store manager is absolute trash! Terrible customer service. My pregnant wife was given a hard time Javier some little man who wouldn’t let her return the gift I got her last week. He was rude and spoke down to my wife. We will be filing a complaint with corporate. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a high end shopping environment."

"I have visited this store almost three times, and each time I did, I got the impression that the staff just wanted me to leave because they assumed I wouldn't buy anything. I have spent nearly $3340.00 there, and I still receive this treatment. I also want to mention that I purchased jewelry from them, wore it for three days, and it was already beginning to tarnish on the inside and the outside when I went in to the store to address it and I was told that Tiffany jewelry tarnishes because of a person's body's PH level, and that they would polish it to see if they could get the tarnish off. However, when they returned, the jewelry appeared polished and shined, but the tarnish was still visible. I feel like they ignored me and didn't try to help me, and I had to travel far to get it fixed and pay out of my own pocket. And I called the Gucci store to ask the manager if there was anything that could be done about the ring tarnishing after only a few days of wearing it. When I finally spoke with someone to find out what could be done, the girl on the other end of the line said that she had never seen a ring tarnish since working there and that it was not normal for it to do that. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told one minute and wasn't even put on hold I could hear the whole conversation about what I told the girl and the store manger said and I quote "if they don't take off there ring when washing there had it going to tarnish and if they take the ring off and on in going to tarnish" And After a few minutes, I'm passed off to someone else and told the same thing that the store manager told the girl. They then tell me that we discussed the fact that the ring is 925 fine sterling silver and that it was known that it would tarnish, but I don't remember ever hearing anyone say that to me because if it had, I would have never purchased the jeweler and instead only purchased shoes and other items.and I want to make it clear that I would not be stepping a foot or even shopping with Gucci anymore if this is the treatment I would be get and can't even help the customer because of the lack of customer service that the customer is always right. I also want a really good explanation for why the rings tarnish so quickly and why does Gucci still sell anything that is going to tarnish."
