"I would given them a zero but I can't. This lady was extremely rude. After I asked her about the shoe size. She is ven say "well I don't know go to Puma" after I've asked her if she just check if they have it in a different store. Wow I just left. Was planning on but shoes for me and my kid but that did not happen. Thanks again terrible customer service"

"Absolutely no customer service in this store. The manager Manny has the worst customer service, walks around store hitting boxes on the shelves. Doesn’t ask if you need help, he truly looks miserable working there, this was on 4/1/23 The girl working on 4/4/23 is dressed so unprofessional. Pants unbutton with her stomach hanging out."

"Manny very rude, nasty attitude, never coming again. Felt rushed just so he can close up and go home. Horrible customer service skills. . If you don’t like your job quit. Will not be here again.he says they’re closed but yet he answers the phone when I asked for his name as if he was trying to go back and forth and argue. If you’re closed why would you answer the phone? That’s a obvious sign of being open"

"Terrible customer service. Went here alone with 3 kids. One child accidentally dropped his candy in the floor as I was bent down on all 4's cleaning said candy he ACCIDENTALLY dropped, MANAGER had the nerve to ask me if I could take it away from him because "he keeps dropping it" I am not that mom. Never have had an issue at a store with my children. They were mortified and so was I. Could you imagine having a drink in a store, dropping it, already being personally humiliated because you did and then the store MANAGER making you feel worse about it?! Will never go back here. These people shouldn't be in retail. Or CS for that matter..."
