"Johnston and Murphy is an excellent brand. That being said, one of the most important aspects of any brand is customer service. I cannot say enough about Chris from this location. I have been here a number of times and purchased a multitude of shoes. Chris greets you with a smile and energy that is unmatched. He takes time to help you find the best shoe and fit for your personal style. He makes it clear that he cares about this purchase for you as an individual. This is not something you expect when purchasing shoes. I will admit that I do not know his exact title or position in the store. I can tell you that he is truly management potential. If he lived anywhere close to me, I would offer him a job in an instant. I recommend promoting him soon or losing him forever."
