"I’ve seen the ads online and when I was on vacation saw a store. I liked the shirt and bought one (they have you try on sizing shirts and then get you a folded one from the back room of the store). I get home from vacation and unwrap the shirt to find a dry cleaning tag on it. That means it was worn and laundered, then returned to the store. The tag has the customer name on it “M. Palmisano”. I called the store and the manager, Patrice, tells me things happen and he can’t get on his coworkers who may have missed that. I said he should have just said “I’m sorry and we’ll make it right by getting you a new shirt shipped out immediately.” I even offered to send a pic of the dry cleaning tag for proof. Then he got combative and said he has guidelines to follow and I can’t get a replacement until I send back the one I have. Then they’d process the return and approve a replacement. He never apologized at all. I get that things happen. This was a $115 used shirt. It even smells like cologne. I ended the combative call and said I’d deal with the corporate office."

"What's great idea! They have a set of 'sample' shirts for you to try on, and you know your size (from small slim to xl tall). The selection is not too overwhelming, but def enough to choose. We loved that they also ship shirts to us if they don't have them in stock."

"Buy these shirts 2 sizes larger than what you think you need. I am 5' 10" and 220lbs. I purchased a 3XL Regular. The shoulders are so small I can't bring my arms comfortably in front, and I can't button the neck. Well made shirt but sizing is way too small. Made in Vietnam."

"The best store with the best staff! My husband has always struggled to find shirts that fit right and look tailored. WOW! After trips to every department and mens store in the mall we tried one last spot and bought several options that finally fit right. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and nice working with us to find the right fit. Not only that but after my husband received a gift from his brother that didn't fit the manager Kate and other staff were amazing in helping us to exchange it. They were so accommodating and amazing in making it happen."
