"Kevin is great there, but the cashiers (both the ladies) are rude with no customer service knowledge. They acted like we were bothering them from their phone time and even making sighing sounds like we were making her do her job. The cashiers ( hopefully not management) need retraining or not even be there. Bad Christmas experience in the Fowler store due to these ladies. I went to Finish Line and was treated 100% much better. They were as kind and helpful as Kevin and even tried to go that extraordinary experience. I was in and out Finish Line without any lip that I received from those ladies. Yes, I said they were rude. Will never return ever, Finish Line gets my business from now on."

"Rude unprofessional staff. You would think they would treat me a little better being I've purchased eight pairs of shoes within a month. The Latino female that works the day shift insinuated that I would go to the club take pictures of the shoes only to return them. I'm not in my twenties nor do I go to a club. I will never go to this location ever again. Don't waste your time going to this location spend your money were you will be respected and given quality service."
