"This review is to let people know about what conditions the dogs are left in. I wanted to leave my pet here and was greeted to about seven dogs in cages with pee pads covered in poop and pee. It was about 11am and there was even poop on the floor outside the cages which I almost stepped on. Completely awful environment and I would never leave my dog here. I asked if they take out the pets for walks and she said she doesn't because those are only for grooming but didn't explain why they are still left in those unhygienic conditions where she doesn't worry to clean up the pets environment. They seemed to just be left there alone with only the basic necessities and are not cared for the way dogs should be."
"This is my mini Australian Shepherd (Astro) leaving Rubi Pet Spa and Hotel perfectly content. I absolutely love & appreciate the amazing service Miriam brings, as soon as Astro walks in he’s the happiest puppy ever as she greets him with so much love & kindness! Miriam has given me the trust to feel safe leaving my dog in her hands since the first day I walked in as she was so welcoming & kind."

The love they have for Miriam the owner is incredible! Ive never had a groomer who my pups responded so well to! They get so excited every time they see her. This is how I absolutely know they are treated with love! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to groom their dogs or leave them in a safe place when traveling!"
