"I will not be back here. I was returning a gift and hoping to get a gift card. They instead refunded it to the card it was purchased under, which was a gift. I was also buying a $7 pair of socks, which then I had to pay for and didn’t count towards the items I was exchanging. The young man checking me out was clearly new which was totally fine, and not his fault at all. However, the way the manager treated him after she realized he had messed up was not acceptable. Nor did she offer to make things right with me. When I initially entered the store, I also overheard her telling him that he could not have his birthday off. It was inappropriate the way she was speaking to him, it was a conversation that should’ve been had not in public. In addition to that they’re at leisure Section is not great. And the organization of the store could be much better."
