"There seem to be a lot of bad reviews but I stayed for about 3 nights and had a pretty good experience. Clean rooms, cold AC, no bugs, everything worked and also management was very helpful and polite. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was 95$ a night and imo a bit expensive however the cost of living and prices on everything else is going up so it only makes sense that motel costs have risen too."

"Poorly maintained. Half of bathroom mirror broken off. Would have gone elsewhere had something been available, but because of a large event in the area, more desirable hotels were fully booked. Clean sheets and towels at least. Minimal insect infestion, but no bed bugs (so far)."

"This is an independently owned, older efficiency - style motel. Terrazzo floors, which I appreciated over carpet. Two Queen Beds were OK. Full tile walk-in shower was excellent once the hot water arrived. Some remodeling has been done. Kitchenette had a full size fridge, microwave, wet sink and full size oven. Air conditioner was new-ish and very good. These rooms probably house short to mid-term workers in town for work assignments. It's not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. We had a three day stay and had no complaints. Good value for money paid."

"The grounds was nice with lots of plants and trees, check in was quick and easy, King bed room was spacious and clean, AC worked great, Internet worked great and fast, fridge worked great but shower could use an update and sign needs to be fixed so you can see it at night. Looks as if they are renovating several rooms at this time and the only downside to my 2 day stay was that I was never brought a Microwave after 2 request."
