"The is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience with Hibbett. After this time I will not be shopping here anymore. For second time in the row I’ve been sent dirty worn shoes for my online order. On top of you guys sending worn shoes when I went on return them the store associates argued with me and refused to return my shoes due to the condition they were in even though that’s how I received them. Your customer service is horrible and your quality sucks!!"
