"Order an item in store twice because both times the wrong size was sent. Went in again and was told they couldn’t do anything. This staff at the location only care about the sale not the quality of the sale. Do not go here. Was attended both times by same girl."
"This store customer service has gone to trash. I've been shopping with finish line over 20 years. 1st time feeling disgusted... The 3 guys that's on the floor didn't even come to us to ask did we need a size, help, if we even had a question. But here's the KICKER 2 of them standing there looking at us, 1 with his phone out, talking away, instead of working... So I walked to them & said "You two standing there talking, phone out, looking up at us, but not checking if we need help" then they want to apologize & ask if we need help, I said NO‼️ why ask now when they wasn't concerned all the time before, I really was going to leave & seriously considering returning my items. I went to the desk & had the kid help me up there. The professionalism has kicked rocks from this location & I'm extremely SHOCKED!"
