"I would give them zero stars if I could. The customer service is terrible, I was referred to them by another printing company. Decided to order some jerseys for my basketball team, I did not receive my order in time for my team’s tournament. The owner acts like it was my problem that I got my jerseys later then the date they promised me. Never working with them again."

"Is zero stars an option? Zero stars for their zero customer service department. Pretty sure this company relies on team jersey orders only, as every personal order that I know of has either taken months to receive or was misprinted. I placed an order so my family could support our player at the upcoming state tournament and no one will reply (email or phone) to me about my order status or if I could pick it up to help save on time. Also asked if my order isn't ready, could I just have a refund...the reply: the order is too far past the refund stage...yet they can't give me a status update?"
