In addition to this they have created the t shirts my annual fundraiser for the last three years. "A business is only as good as its people. The folks at Big Frog Clearwater are an outstanding group of people. I've worked in the embroidery business and I know how difficult it is to please the general public. Our organization is a small non-profit, yet they treated our tiny hat/embroidery order like we were their most valuable client. Kelsey is the consummate service professional. She responded quickly to my every question and change. The hats are excellent quality and the quality of the embroidery and thread color matching could, literally, not be any better. The price was fair and the delivery was extraordinarily fast considering the season (Christmas). It's encouraging to find a small business with this level of care, quality, customer service. Unicorns DO exist and we will be taking all our similar business to Big Frog Clearwater. You can take your embroidery and garment printing projects to them with the same confidence."

"I've had positive experiences with Big Frog in the past, however, my last one was terrible. I called their office a few days before the first day of school to see if they had any uniform shirts in stock for my son's school (since his school assured us Big Frog would be keeping inventory in stock for our school to eliminate having to wait for orders). From the moment Kelsey picked up the phone she sounded annoyed and was extremely unhelpful, told me there was "very low stock" and I should just place an order and wait a week. I told her I needed only 1 or 2 shirts for the first couple days of school and could even be flexible with sizing. I asked if she could tell me what sizes she had in stock and she refused and said "not many". Due to the urgency I asked her if I could stop in and see what she had, and reluctantly she said "I guess". I drove over 45 mins to get there on my lunch break, upon my arrival Kelsey came out and looked completely miserable to have a customer walk in, and when I asked if I could see what size shirts she had available for my son's school, she refused to show me ANY or even look for me. She then told me she had nothing and showed me 2 different types of shirts that I could choose to have embroidered and told me I could just order some and wait a week . She should have told me on the phone that she would be unwilling to even check inventory for me, rather than lead me to believe I could stop in and see what was available. Her attitude was extremely rude and she seemed miserable to be there. I would rather pay triple and wait longer and get my shirts from somewhere else who appreciates my business instead of giving my money to a company who chooses to have such a rude employee treating customers as if our business is an inconvenience for her. Truly disappointed this time Big Frog!"
