"I visited your establishment on Monday, February 12, 2024, and made a purchase exceeding $600. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. However, I was informed that my pants and jacket would be ready by 7:00 PM the following day, Tuesday, February 13, 2024. Despite driving 20 minutes to collect my items, I discovered that they had not even been started. No compensation or gesture was offered for this oversight. I am disappointed by the lack of good customer service displayed by your company in rectifying a mistake made by one of your employees. My frustration stems not from the employee's error, but from the absence of any effort to mitigate the situation."
"Complete lack of service tonight by Sean/Shawn. He could have cared less about assisting me tonight and was completely disinterested. I came through the door and asked about the clearance sale that was listed online and asked if there were sales in the store and he said “online only” and walked away. As well, as I continued to try on jackets he never came over and assisted with fitting and sizing. This isn’t the type of service that is displayed at other stores. I went across the street and proceeded to buy a new suit from dillards where the service was attentive and timely. Will not be coming back to this location or advise anyone I know to go to the Tyrone location."
"The man who helped me for a pickup for a wedding made all adjustments I needed for perfect fit. All the while he was helping two other GROUPS and never missed a beat. He then gave me clear concise instructions for the new pickup. All this in less than a half hour. Excellent experience!"
"I had Marie help me and she was Wonderful! She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, found out what I was looking for and lead me in the right direction. She helped me find the perfect fitting dress pants I needed, helped me select shirts that would compliment the pants and even found me a very nice sports coat on sale. This store is also very clean, well stocked and has many good sales going on. Shopping with Marie was like shopping with a friend and I will definitely be back! This location is much better than the Clearwater location."
"Cant say enough good things about the store associate Chris and MW in general. Yesterday was my first time in looking for some last minute pants for a special occasion. Chris picked out a few great options, a matching shirt, and gave me the best customer service I have had in a long time."
