"This location deserves 10/5 stars - I wish I could rate them higher. Lisa, the head of the show, is incredible. I had an issue with shipping and delivery - my jacket never showed up from FedEx. No picture, false information saying it was “stored in a private locker”. She called me multiple times throughout the process, helped me problem solve by having me call FedEx / speak with my apartment, and then worked magic on her end. You can imagine how devastated I felt when I discovered my wedding jacket (I’m the groom so imagine what my fiancé was feeling) didn’t arrive. Not once did I feel the situation was not under control. If you have not been to this location / are looking for somewhere to shop, I cannot recommend this place enough. Moreover, the new suit jacket delivered for to the store had a defect in it - again, Lisa called me to update me and had a new one promptly delivered. Because of Lisa’s efforts, my groom suit is now complete. Thank you 1,000,000x over to Lisa and colleagues."
"This MW store (#3304) is without a doubt “Top-Notch”, and gets an A+ from us! Our associate, Lisa, was great… she was very knowledgeable in the latest styles, her assistance in matching my shirt, tie and accessories was invaluable! She was a true professional, very attentive, approachable, and fun. My wife and her put together the final look, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty when I wanted a pair of shoes, that I thought would fit better at a smaller size, she helped us order the shoes and have it delivered to our house. As luck would have it… I didn’t care for how the shoes felt, in comparison with the ones I tried at the store. I called the store and spoke with Lisa, who had no problem understanding my issue, and her “can-do” attitude was so appreciated when she went to the floor and grabbed the pair I have tried, and held it for me. My Tailor was also great, she was patient and very attentive of my fitting. The suit will be ready faster than expected! This Mens Wearhouse store #3304, is truly a class-act store with great service and super helpful staff… I will be buying all my future suits at this location! Thank you Lisa, thanks MW store #3304!!!"
