"Somewhat new to the area and were looking for a new salon. Dropped in for coffee next door and they recommended T'hairapy. Stopped by for a quick chat, discussed what we wanted, and an appointment was made for the following week. Few days before the appointment we received an email with a multiple page document requiring we read and sign. Couldn't get through everything but it appears to be a long list of disclaimers. I thought - why would a Salon need a multi page disclaimer? Next day called multiple times to cancel our appointment. No drama, we left a message and thought nothing more. Got a text the next day saying we needed to come in and pay a cancellation fee of $25. We didn't sign the disclaimer and called the very next day multiple times and cancelled. Not sure what more we could have done."
