"This is a review of the shoes and not the customer service, which was great. Purchased a pair of shoes here about a month ago, and the paint has been flaking off of the back of them to the point where they are almost unwearable. Have worn these shoes 5 times in total."
"This may be my new favorite store! The only place in the outlets I’ve been able to find a size 14 park of shoes. They also have some really awesome shirts and jackets. I liked the place so much I asked if they have any locations in the DFW area. So now I’ll be visiting the Dallas store whenever I want new dress apparel. The guy there was extremely helpful. One of the laces from one of the shoes I bought ended up tearing off and went back in and the guy gave me free replacement laces."

They didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size but Sam and Joseph tracked a pair down from a different store and shipped them directly to my home."
