"I rented a tux from this place. It was a rush order according to them. I paid an extra $25 for that. I ordered on a Wednesday and had to pick up Friday for a Mardi Gras ball on Saturday. I went to pick up the tux and the shirt was too small and the pants were not long enough. They found a replacement shirt and rehemmed the pants. The shirt they found had a stain on it. It looked dirty and used. Was not pressed at all. I got everything from there because I did not know I was going to this ball until Tuesday. Crazy day. I came to return the tux on Monday and then one lady was going to charge me a late fee of $21. I did not even know they were open on Sunday and noone told me. I did not see it on the ticket. I told the lady that i was not sure i wanted to pay that late fee. Another lady who helped me when I picked up the tux told the other lady to forget about the late fee. She knew everything that I had been through with getting the tux. The employees were great. The person who took my measurements may have been off just a bit with the shirt and pants. The employees were very helpful. They were able to give me something that resembled a tux when I left. Not sure I would go back to that place but if I did it would be because of that young lady who helped me the day of picking up the tux abs the day when I returned it. At least you could not see the stain on the shirt."
