"Very bad service, dresses are overpriced. My boyfriend got me a dress as a present and He told them it was a present and he did not know my dice or if I would fit, but they never told him they don’t do refunds! I went 30 min later and the dress I liked had a Lower price and they did not refund the difference. Very dishonest because it is like forcing people to spend money there when they were dishonest since the beginning. Now we have 2100 voucher that we don’t want to use in that store. Not recommended. They don’t have a website, bad customer service! Not a manager to talk to…."

"I was walking by this store and was drawn to the store when I spotted the gorgeous dresses on the display mannequins. The clothes are beautiful and unique. Majority of their dresses are special occasion kind of dresses. The prices are steep. The staff in the store are super nice and they helped me pick out a dress. I loved a dress and bought it after some hesitation as it’s expensive. I wore it once recently and have been disappointed. The quality of the dress I got was quite low for the price I paid. And they have very restrictive return policy. Clothes here are definitely not worth the money. Wouldn’t come here again. I wouldn’t recommend this store."

"We loved shopping here. The clothes are absolutely gorgeous. Eliana was our consultant and treated my wife like a queen, helping her to find the best styles and fits for her. Tara, the manager, was also very helpful and informative. We had a great time. I highly recommend LUX for those special pieces where you really want to steal the room. This is the place!"

"I have never been treated so poorly! I was trying on a few dresses of which at least two fit perfectly (each priced over $2,000) when a so called manager started yelling at my boyfriend for light heartedly playing with a manikin arm that he found on the floor. Wish I could post a video as we have few. We also hope this review will catch the management attention because this is not how costumers should be treated"
