"I was there last week. The fitting rooms were closed. There were some temporary ones. My two daughters and I went into one. Some people were knocking on our door every two seconds, telling us to hurry up. I explained to them to wait because I had children. They didn't care, they called a very rude woman who works there, she started knocking on the door yelling at us. My daughters started crying and were very scared. When we left, the lady who works there kept yelling at me and saying rude things. Conclusion they lost a purchase of 170 dls because I went to Ross. I will not return there, I do not recommend this store."

Regardless of how long the line was David kept his cool and greeted each shopper with a smile. He remained positive with a line wrap around down the store aisle."
"Horrible, Christmas season on a Saturday and they have two people checking out? Certainly the store is profitable to put more cashiers on a Saturday three weeks before Christmas. Typical poor management striving to cut payrolls for that bonus!"
