"Worst Ross ever. The front sps ( security) very disrespectful, she was saying that she could not helped me in something bc that was part of her job, and then she kept talking w her partner another sps that is too much for her that she doesn’t get paid to do that. Bad customer service, lack of employees, fitting rooms and bathrooms disgusting (dirty), store manager in the office. My problem was resolved no. I stepped out the store n I’m not going back that location."

"Currently in line. 2 registers open only. One lady in the front has a cart full of item and the manager said only 2 registers are able to be open because of the holiday. Makes no sense. There is literally 20 people in line. The manager is standing in the front not doing anything."
"I was in the Margate area and stopped in to make a return and purchase some new things for an upcoming trip to Dominican Republic. The security greeted you at the door. I walked around and selected my items. Then joined the return line where the young lady assisted me. At first there was some confusion but she gor it figured out. Then I was on my way. Great experience and the lines were not long."
