"I went in store with my daughter to find a dress for homecoming. She found a dress she wanted but they didn’t have her size in store. We had them order her the correct size to be shipped to our home. I was mailed the wrong dress, wrong color and not even the same brand. I called the store and they were not apologetic and not helpful. The manager wrote me an email and said I need to purchase the dress I ordered AGAIN because they sent me the wrong dress. Homecoming is next week and I refuse to pay 2 times because someone sent me the wrong dress."

"Despite the cute clothes, the staff is ATROCIOUS, every time I go in there they couldn't be more rude, but last night was the worst experience I've had yet and will not be going back. I'm shocked they have been able to stay in business as long as they have... The blonde girl was so rude and let me struggle with a handful of clothes instead of offering a fitting room. I couldn't figure out why she was so rude in response to my questions and kept slamming the fitting room doors..until 7:40 pm when she rudely advised me to go to the fitting room and try on my clothes and I better do it "fast" as they close at 8:00p pm. I was done by 7:52 pm and left without a swimsuit for my vacation after driving an hour to reach the store from Jensen Beach...they made me feel so uncomfortable. She also threw my clothes into a pile on the bench once I asked for a fitting room, making them very tangled and more time consuming to try on. I will be shopping online exclusively from now on. What a waste of a good store."

"Would give one star if I could. l. I’ll never shop here again & it’s a shame because there clothes are actually really cute. There store manager molly is extremely rude. I had purchased close to two grand in merchandise, but had done it on the wrong credit card so I had to return and repurchase it on a separate one. A week later when I went to actually return 1 out of the 25+ Things I purchased they refused. Molly proceeded to call me degrading names as if she was in high school."
