"Come here if you want to get followed around like a criminal . Had three people follow me around the store , watching me . Making me very uncomfortable. They even followed me all the way to the line, and I took a picture of the person , it was so weird , I thought they were trying to rob me. I took pictures . Beware of this place . You won’t have a great shopping experience. Messy isles , dirty carts , no one greets you upon entry . Only people that was nice was the ladies at the registers in the front . Other than that I will not be back . I’ll just drive to another location that shows me respect."

"I went there today around 10:40-11am . The person who was supposed to help me with a refund gave me an attitude. She was talking with the other coworker and ignore me the whole time . “She even told me that everyone was on her nerves” l was like lady then dont come to work. She even start saying a lot of things. One of the employees told me if l wanted to speak with the manager and l said no, but this lady continues being rude with me while l was holding my baby. I mean , what did l do to her? Not way!!!! Funny thing is that she started saying things about me because she taught I wouldn’t understand her. What? just because you see me taught oh look at this hispanic. NO WAY!!! This is not right. So tired of people like this girl."

"The worse treat I ever received at any Burlington. This loss prevention employee didn’t even let me explain my situation with my dog. Didn’t even say hi or showed any empathy, he was just waving his hands trying to tell me get out of here. He had no respect for the costumer. It’s ok if the dog is not allowed at the store but at least as an employee he should have the kindness to say hi and explain the situation. Acting like if it owns the store doesn’t make you a good employee. With that awful costumer service way far from me my wishes to come back to this store. If you have a bad day take a deep breath and face the life. Otherwise stay at home. But please don’t ruin the other persons with that kind off attitude"

"This is amid COVID review. Like many other stores that have recently opened, Burlington has implemented the best form of social distancing and other safety measures. While the store is scantily stocked with merchandise, the staff still friendly and helpful. Signs hung on empty shelves and racks promising inventory will return. Saw a few associates stocking shirts in the men’s section perhaps for the upcoming Father’s Day holiday sale. Everything currently was 25-50% off. The checkout process was quick and markers on the ground to ensure you were at a distance from others-inside and out. Tables positioned in front of the registers kept shoppers at a safe distance as well."
