"Usually a good experience and people are so helpful here. Today was not. Very disappointed the person who rang me up had zero interest in helping me find what I was looking for. Why ask if I found everything then show no interest in assisting or asking anyone where it was? Then didn't bother to deactivate the sensor so it beeped aa I walked out. Way looking forward to shopping for my birthday and was saddened at how badly I was treated."

"I was shopping at the location at the Gardens Mall, I was in the sale room looking through racks, SEVERAL times while I was in that area of the store multiple sales associates were in and out of that area putting clothes back on racks, no one said anything to me. I spent a lot of time choosing items to try on went to the fitting room the fitting room associate opened a room for me. I had just taken my clothes off and a different associate knocks at the door and tells me they are closing in 3 minutes and I needed to leave. They didn't even offer to keep the items and offer to have me come back the next day to try them on and purchase. And in ALL of the time I was in the sale room and ALL of the associates that were in and out of there - no one even ever said to me (politely or otherwise ) "I just wanted to let you know we will be closing in x minutes". It was very frustrating and I have not gone back and am not sure if I shall go back."

"Old woman with long blond hair and sneakers was extremely rude. She talked to me like I was a child, and when I called her out on it, she doubled down on the rudeness. Needless to say I told those I was with not to make a purchase. Anthropologie needs to do better with their staff."

"Rude employees and the current manager is the rudest of them all, she was the one who checked me out at the register. I’ve just spent almost $400 and not one “Hello”, thank you, happy holidays, NOTHING!!! Not to mention they never have sizes, only have XXS or XXL, no other sizes. They’ve had the wrong phone number on file for me for years now and each time I come in I provide the correct phone number and they say they’ve fixed it in the system, but they never do, they can never find me by my phone number. Bad experience through and through."
