Often, I walked into stores, and left crying because I felt everything looked so terrible once I tried them on. I went into Chico's, and Laura, Cathryn, and Diana went above and beyond to help me find clothes that fit me well. They helped me to see myself in a new light and I am so grateful for their help, encouragement, and support! Thank you ladies!!"

"I have always loved Chicos and enjoy the option of purchasing items online and picking them up in store, especially now that there is an option to use Afterpay. I purchased a dress, using Afterpay and saw that the dress was in stock at this location. I live in Boca and was going to be in the area for dinner. While I didn’t receive a confirmation that my dress was ready for pick up, my mother and I wanted to do some shopping in the mall. I went to Chicos and saw that the dress I ordered in my size was on the rack so I decided to try it on along with a few other items. The lady who helped me said that she had not pulled my order yet and I told her it was ok and could come back. She offered to cancel my online order so that I could purchase it from the store directly. I declined and explained that I wanted to use the Afterpay option. She told me that I just needed to tell the person at checkout that the dress was an online order. When checking out, I was told that I could not do this and would need to cancel my order and purchase from the store so that they could get commission. I explained that I wanted to use the Afterpay option and was told that technically I haven’t paid for anything since I haven’t been charged. Long story short, I felt bullied into purchasing the dress at the store. Your customer service is horrendous!!! My mother who is a frequent Chicos shopper said that she had never experienced such rude employees at a Chicos in all of the years she has shopped with them. I will be returning my purchases and ordering my dress online, using the purchase option of my choice and have it shipped directly to my home! Unfortunately, I will have to deal with these people one more time for my return!!!"

"An associate in the back area is rude . She didn't even greet us or offer us help. It seems like she hates her job . Unethical and inhumane. i am not going to say anything to her but observe how she is and hope she realizes that she makes want to leave this store."

"My wife loves Chico's but our experience at this location was disappointing. My wife bought a top and washed it. She discovered three holes in the back of the shirt. The sales rep at Chico's suggested she just wear it around the house. I know this is not Saks but that was just poor service. She then went on to buy new outfits but the sales people were just not helpful. Didn't seem to represent the level of service at other Chico's."
