"Returning to my favorite shop to buy my son's clothes. This time when we went there, I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. E. Mary Deleon and let me tell you this lady is wonderful. I was looking for socks for my son and she literally got on her hands and knees to help me find them. Now I have received some great customer service but never anything like this. I didn't ask her to do it, I felt terrible and asked her to please get up he didn't need them that bad, her response to me " awww it was nothing" but it was something to me. To see someone go above and beyond like that, was definitely worth mentioning in a review. Mrs. Deleon is extremely pleasant and quite the lady, her customer service was amazing and Citi trend is very lucky to have her. Hope she gets a chance to read this review, so can she realize how much we appreciate her and look forward to seeing her again. Thank you so much ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Extremely rude workers , they post up a sign for hours while they “work” and dont attend anyone , they dont even bother coming to the door to tell the customers about the issue all they do is tap on their sign from inside and just ignore the group of customers outside."
