"First time visited this store, and I was impressed with everything and the prices of the products were amazing. Will definitely visit again."
"My experience today was 0/10 experience. Before I even came up to the counter the young cashier Margarita was sorta attending to the women before me. Filling her bags to the brim , very short & not acknowledging her. The women had to ask for extra bags even before the women was completely checked out Margarita the cashier kept yelling NEXT NEXT NEXT !!! Of course, I waited until the women got her things & THEN I came to the counter. Margarita didn’t acknowledge me , nor did she greet me and she just started stuffing my 8+ items into one bag. Clearly they didn’t fit, I asked for another bag and I guess that upset her and she slammed my other bags on the counter. Again, she wasn’t even done checking my items out and she started yelling NEXT NEXT NEXT!! Young lady if you’re not happy at your job don’t be rude to customers because of it. She looked so miserable and maybe it’s me maybe it’s not but coming to work like you just got out of bed isn’t the correct hygiene standards. Her hair was a mess , her attitude was a mess and she was a HOT mess. I feel bad for the older women before me you could tell she was uncomfortable. I also was uncomfortable feeling rushed to grab my bags because she’s yelling at people to come when you haven’t even finished with the client your on.Margarita maybe go back to training or quit entirely if you’re that miserable."
"One of the better Ross stores in my opinion. Can always find shoes in my size for good price. Great bedding section and homewares."
