"Very disappointed with this store Yesterday November 14 I went to this store to get a t-shirt and a Cuban flag. I go my merchandise without a problem My intentions were to wear the t-shirt next day together with the flag in a rally to support Cubans freedom request on Hillsborough Ave and Columbus. Just as I arrive.to my car in the parking lot my son called reminding us we need to go to their house to care of my grandson. I immediately come back to the store and explain the person in charge what the situation was and due to there reason i need to return the merchandise since I don going to have any use for it . Please i also need to point that there is not a visible sign explaining return policy She refuses to return my money and only offer me with an exchange, and the exchange only can be done with the receipt that i have in my hands . I was only away from her eyesight less that 5 minutes Terrible returns policy!"
