"They have the wort customer service that I had in my life. I bought some Jordan’s and they didn’t want to give me a return and the guy start laughing. I have a dispute with corporate and still waiting for response . Don’t recommend this store in particular to nobody. Also the female manager their is a disaster she didn’t even knew how to respond to my Question about the policy return. Also they don’t let you try the retro shoes so how would you know if they fit? The manager name is Keylli Lemus"

"Went inside the store this Sunday and no one offered to help my daughter and I. There was this random young lady walking around and I have no clue what she was doing. I guess the only way to get service is to be dressed a certain way. Shouldn't judge..bc they missed out on a sale."

"Customer service was horrendous by management. Trying a pair of shoes to feel the fitting and comfort and was told I can only try one shoe at a time. Might as well call me a criminal ready to leave the store with your product, no other store practice business like this. Offered to have my iPhone as collateral and was denied. Unsuccessful way of conducting business. If only I was a one legged amputee customer would have this make more sense"
