"I kept seeing ads for White House Black Market on Instagram. I decided to stop in because I was in the area. This a lovely shop with friendly, helpful associates. The store has a boutique feel despite being a chain. The staff helped me find the right fit for a pair of jeans that may be the softest denim I have owned. I typically think of Chico's brands as being geared towards older ladies (aged 50+), but I was pleasantly surprised that many styles appealed to me, a woman in my 30s. The store also stocks nice accessories."

"I have been a strong supporter of WHBM for many years, even maintaining a Platinum Membership level for a few years. I visited the store on 12/31/19 and purchased 3 items; "New arrivals are not on sale" I was told. Before I got home I received an email, 40% off New Arrivals. I left the items in the bag, never touched them. I returned them to the store on 01/02/2020. I was told that the sale ended on January 1. Apparently it lasted the day they were closed. I returned the items and was told the funds would be credited to my bank card. It never was, nor will it be. The clerk selected 'mail check' even though it was paid for with a debit card. Several calls and varying reasons were given. I was finally told the check would be mailed to me 21 days after the return. It still has not arrived. Good to know that when I arrived the staff was carrying lunch in and groaned when they saw a shopper. They said the crowd had just left and they were hoping no one came in for a while. Their merchandise has taken a deep slide in quality and so has the staffing. This manager needs to be retrained. WOULDN'T EVER AGAIN WASTE MY TIME WITH THIS STORE."
"I had so much fun at my visit at the store today. I went in to buy a $75 gift card for my daughter and left with $100 gift card and a gorgeous jacket for myself. The sales associates were fabulous!"
"Want to let you know I have been having a hard time getting tops to fit as am a petite, there are not too many tops that are attractive in petites. But I was lucky enough to get Paola as my salesperson in White House Black Market in Bell Tower. She has good taste and knew what would look good on me. As a result I have the most beautiful outfit now. Thank her for me please.."
