"Just the average American Eagle. Staff was friendly and found exactly what I needed to wear for work. It hard finding clothes in my size in big box retailers, I have my best luck at clothing stores like this."

"I don't know why, but, my family and I cannot seem to get greeted when we enter this store. They greet others, but never us. The entire time we are there, staff is side-eyeing us or ignores us. Asking for a fitting room is treated like you've asked for the most inconvenient task ever to be done. Given American Eagle vanity sizes their products, you have to try them on. A size 34 isn't a size 34 across the board. I can grab 3 pairs of jeans, and each one will fit differently in the waist. How one pair can be a little loose and one won't even button is beyond me. Between insonsistent fit, rude staff, and overpriced product, I'm hard pressed to set foot in there again."

"Soooo I buy a bunch of items a d try to return the very next day because there fitting rooms were closed they didn’t have a bigger size in items either. I try to return using my phone the same way I paid with receipt , tags attached and all and it was saying tap not allowed. Then she gives me customer service phone number because she doesn’t want to do return and she blames it on them and says it’s there decision then customer service says no it’s the stores choice. But she was pressuring me to give her the phone as soon as they answered. Why argue and put a customer through so much non sense ??"

"When I walked in the other day, I was very disappointed with my shopping experience. I’ve never had a problem with this store previously. I brought in a pair of jeans to recycle so I can buy another pair, Karen talked to me but wasnt polite at all and didn’t tell me the any of the rules that apply to buying the jeans she just acted like I should know how the process works. So since she told me, “you just trade for a pair jeans” well then cool, I’ll go over to the clearance section then, so I grabbed a pair of jeans from the clearance section and went up to pay and the guy told me I can’t buy those they have to be full priced which again I was not told. And on top of the the reclining process is a scam. You still pay the same amount of money with jeans and not get $10 taken off the jeans. I recommend taking your jeans to Plato’s closet wear you SAVE money or go to H&M or Levi’s. They will take your jeans and not be picky about it and give 20% off the item. And this place has lost my business. I’ll go to the one in Gulf coast town center. They are WAY nicer there."
