"I stop by this thrift store today I didn't like the greeting I got they made me feel like I wasn't there. I was paying for something and I was going to try to tell them about the comments thinking they will treat people better. She said I can't help what people write I said to myself forget it I won't be back"

"I have donated here several times through the years but only have encountered the workers outside twice, both times they are not have not been very polite , didn’t even say hello or thank you etc. the man stood there when I asked what to do with items, he didn’t offer to help only said put in Cart! I literally put bag in cart and boxes one at a time and he took them out as a second after and tore through the stuff like they were garbage. Why he couldn’t have taken them out of my hands or my trunk I have no idea. I will definitely look for other places to donate that have nicer people ."

"I have been on both sides of life's journeys. Good times and extremely hard times. As a single mother I would hope to walk in this 'non profit' church organization hoping to find clothes for my children that I could afford. It's almost ridiculous the prices they have on DONATED items. Those things are donated. So others can actually afford what is needed or even have things want. I'd leave heart broken many times when my teenage had to put back pants or name brand shirts because they had an almost 20$ price tag on it. I know this ministry is meant to help those who struggle with light bills or rent even. Twice in my life I had to find solutions to keep my lights on or buy food but never was I able to find the minimal assistance I requested. So where and who gets this help every month? Now being blessed and on top of hard times, I would bring my gently used clothes, items baby items to them and was treated like I was causing a burden by bringing it to them. Yes! People. That's isn't a dump place. I understand that they are used to rid clutter way too often. I think quality control, and possibly new management is needed."

"Terrible thrift store, they back door most of their clothing and donations to people. I have personally watched them load up a guys car slap full with their donations ( yes your donations that you think are going to help locals are actually being sold back door to people so they can go resell your donations) , hence why they barely ever put anything new out, as for the prices they used to be doable but now they are charging more than goodwill, I will no longer support this local thrift store, spent over $30 for 3 sweatshirts and a jacket, not to mention they even charged me for a plant I didn’t even purchase, never again. I thought this was a non profit? How do you sleep at night? Disgusting."

"I see several other people have had the same experience that I have based on the reviews I am seeing.. The staff inside have always been very kind and helpful. The men outside (who take in the donations) have NEVER been helpful, grunt at you, never act appreciative, never thank you and basically ignore you and act like you're a bother to them. I've been making donations there for the past couple of years but today I went to the Mulberry Thrift store to check them out. I'll be making future donations to them in Mulberry."
