"**edit** The store manager did call to make it right by reimbursing the full amount rather than just the 75%. I definitely respect and appreciate the effort she went to. 0/10 recommend. I bought shoes prior to going out of town for 3 weeks that I ended up wearing for 20 minutes because they killed my feet. When I got back and tried taking them back to the Lakeland store I was told I couldn't because I bought them at the outlet. I come back to Bartow, receipt in hand and because it has passed 30 days at this point they will only give store credit, even though I have the receipt and card I used to pay. Fine. Policy is policy. However, they would only give me store credit for 75% of the price I paid! You have got to be kidding me. I realize these are corporate choices and not the employees, but I absolutely will not step foot in this store again."
