"Burlington is my favorite store, but this location is the worst. The lines are always backed up, the manager doesn't even care that the place is in shambles and the lines are backed up. This is also a new store, been only opened for about a year! I rather drive 5 extra miles to the next one in S. Dale Mabry where it's better to shop."

"Not a well organized store at all. Staff wasn't very friendly. We were watched as if to imply they thought we would shoplift. Customer service can definitely use an update and better staff chosen who don't come to work to showcase their racial biases."

"Good luck finding anything your looking for in this store! The store is a complete mess with items laying all over the floor creating not only obstacles but tripping hazards for people! My pregnant veteran wife almost tripped over multiple items because of how bad it is here. Staff is incredibly rude and can't answer a simple question. To management take some pride in your store and straighten it up and make it presentable!"

"I visited this store yesterday, December 16th Saturday between 3pm and 445pm. It was busy as expected for a Saturday and holiday season. So no issue there. My only issue is we spent a deal on our time in the Home section specifically the aisle with the bedding and quilts We was met with a large poop on the floor. My father in law stepped in it by mistake and without knowing it was there. We saw a store employee walking towards us. He was a male, perhaps a person of color, between 6'2 and 6'4 and between 230 to 300 pounds wearing an ear piece. . I told him what we walked upon and showed him where it was at. He saw it and responded (I can't remember what he said) I'm thinking he is going to walk to the back area and come back with something to clean it up. NOPE!!!!! He indeed walked into the back and never came out. I am more than certain he did not come back nor attempt to clean it up because we were back there for about 30 minutes trying to find a king size, white quilt. I don't think I need to tell you how nasty that is. I know you guys are not known for clean and organized merchandise and aisles but for that to remain on the floor it was a health hazard and poor patron experience to see that and know that no employee cared enough to clean it up. Now if he was a manager or lead than you guys have a problem."

"Had a lot of selection in the perfume and coat aisle. Lots of markdown items from Puma, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors. Although for the clothes section in the ladies department, a lot is very out of style. I even found an original Dr. Marten Boots. If preparing for Winter or cold weather, this is my go to store."
