"Our first time at this store. As we (myself, husband, and two of our daughters) were walking in, this lady comes running out of the store stating "I have to pee". She turns directly to the right, right beside the front doors and pees on the side walk right under the window. Not a good first impression of your business. The selection of men's clothes was decent but I wasn't able to find what I was looking for in the women's section and there was hardly a selection for 24 month girl clothes. Staff was pleasant enough."

"Very disgusting experience with lady at register oseledi.very rude and unprofessional .she would accept this $100 bill because she said it was fake even though it pass all of their test she told my 15 year old daughter that it was fake .my daughter called me and while I was on the phone she asked her in Spanish where she stoled that from.I got in my car n went to the store and as I walk in she is give the same buissness to a older lady about a $50 bill.the lady told her she had just got it from her son and that he earn it from his job today.her son was there as well he told the lady it was real and that he earn it .she asked the lady again where she got that from.very unprofessional I called distric manager on her and hope they due the correct thing .disiplanery action minimum even though she deserves not to be working that register.not a professional person to have greeting customers as the enter the store. Shaunielle Ledbetter please talk to your employees and let them know to treat people the way they will like to be treated"

"The building extremely hot inside to shop or employees to work there. There was a hot box fan blowing. Contacted the district manager and she claimed, she was in that store just on yesterday, if so, she would have known the air conditioner was out of service. Informed her that the weather here in Florida is too hot to have a store where people are sweating to purchase anything or even to work. I did not make a purchase because of this reason and told her, the district manager, I would not shop there until the air conditioner was repaired. In fact, I can go elsewhere and shop. Thank you for allowing me this time to share."
