"This Burberry store is not the best they offer. Before their remodel I remember a lady turning me away and I was not allowed in, she offered no explanation as to why and just closed the door on us. After the remodel however, their staff seems much more friendly and easy to talk to, their selection is still not great however, very limited. No point in returning here. As a frequent Burberry costumer, I would appreciate if the brand worked on their retail experience."

Brandon was absolutely fantastic about sending it off for repairs at no cost to me, communicated with me every step of the way, and returned it to me earlier than expected. I am ULTRA impressed with his personable demeanor and will absolutely visit this location again."
