"Purchased Chanel sunglasses and they ended up being very crooked. The legs were not align so they were very uneven on my face. I came back three days later and the SA, without even knowing why I was coming back said “ are you here just to return them”. I feel like if you’re gonna charge a premium price for high-end designer item you should be able to fix them at the very least. She told me to go to LensCrafters to get it fixed? I don’t like the service that I got. “Hey what brings you back?” Could’ve sufficed. I felt they were rude and unprofessional."

"Came in for a few makeup brushes, left with those AND skincare, AND makeup because I happen to sit down for Miriam to do my face. She was really knowledgeable around all lines as I tend to shop for each product versus brand, not a sales woman but dangerous with those skills because I ended up buying everything she used. Highly recommend if you need to refresh your routine or want to change up your look, or just have a special occasion. Obviously loves what she does. I will be back."

"Kind staff overall, ran into some trouble with a manufacturer defect on one of the items I purchased, and it took a lot of hoops to jump through above the store but in the end it worked out. No fault to any of the employees here, it just seems like the store manager refuses any exchanges or markdowns despite flaws based on my experiences and others I've seen, I don't understand the incentive. However everyone is kind, they have good quality items, and everything worked out. Still worth giving 5 stars, if there is an legitimate issue try going through the store, and if that doesn't work call support if it's worth your time. Great store overall."

"It was such a challenge getting my christian Louboutin bag from the back that I did not check it for damages until I got home. They also tried to charge me $400 more because it had the wrong tag inside. That took an extra 10 minutes to fix. I feel like I got someone’s reject."
