"Unprofessional staff the manager she most be place in a mental hospital will never buy anything else that say aeropostal they should no better on who will represent the brand manager told me if i did not have the money why am i in her store and all i need was to do a return on broken items she refused to take them back and she was aggressive in front of my kids i end it up rebuying the merchandise… if aeropostal read this do your self a favor and remove that person you just lost another client and all people i know i will tell them not to go here for any means"
"The staff here where all so helpful and kind! I explained how I was with my friend's special needs daughter who needed age appropriate clothes and not one but 2 associates jumped in to help! I highly recommend this particular location!"
"Warning! You can’t exchange anything without the receipt. My daughter got clothes for Xmas and didn’t get a receipt and she couldn’t exchange it for a size bigger. The same exact thing that was on the shelf couldn’t be exchanged for another size. The manager was completely unwilling to work with me. Horrible customer service. I will never buy clothes there again."
