"Literally discussing. Workers are horrendous and so rude. The store is a mess. Finally!!! I went to try on pants and someone literal underwear was in the pants. What if that touched me and I didn’t notice. I could’ve gotten a disease. I told the workers and they simply said “oh” then I asked to them politely to look for a new pair, and they didn’t. So unsanitary and a disgrace to the company. Worst location EVER."
"I have never experienced such great customer service until my last visit. Samantha was soooo helpful. She walked around the entire store to ask everyone if they are finding everything ok. She stored our items in a fitting room and got us any different sizes we needed. She seemed eager to help you find something you loved and work with you to make sure you find the right fit. Sometimes it’s hard to find someone to help you in stores like these and I’ve noticed customer service has gone sooo much in most places. So we were so thankful for Samantha and her kindness."
