"Had one of the most friendliest and professional customer service experiences EVER at Anthropologie in Hyde Park Village today. Had an issue with returning 2 items and the receipt being hard to decipher but the manager and wonderful staff pitched in to solve the problem collectively… this is why I love this store and keep coming back!! "Most of the staff was super nice and helpful but our cashier was absolutely terrible with an attitude. Had her back turned to us most of the duration of our transaction, plopped our bag on the counter, and said here you go, bye. Giving an extra star for awesome floor workers. Definitely won't be back though."
