"I dropped off clothes to sell and they told me the wait would be 30 minutes. It took OVER 2 hours. I had a dress with the tag on it (price of $117) and they offered me $2.81 for it. Complete joke and they know they are stealing from you. I don’t recommend."
"Visited over the weekend. They don’t go thru your items as they are supposed to because we had several bin that were still folded the way we brought them in. That lets me know the employees did not go thru the items and then offered me $1 for an item that was on top of one of the bins. Not cool. Management needs to correct this asap. This is not professional. We drove almost 30 mins to get there. Not cool and definitely not happy with the way this was ran"

"I helped my friend bring in 2 big box fulls of clothes. I don't feel like they really looked thru all the stuff we brought in. There were some brand new (still had tags in them), good quality, name brand items and they were like "nothing, things are too worn". Like for real, because these still have tags on them and were never worn so...not sure how that's possible. The store was clean and organized but they weren't much help to us."
"I have been to a couple of Plato's Closets over the years after moving to Florida. It never disappoints. If my daughter (20 years ago) and my granddaughter (4 days ago) were and are excited to shop at a second hand store and delighted with their purchases back then and still to this day you know it's a great place to shop. Both have found items to fill out their wardrobes along with one of a kind pieces that are easy on my wallet. They are happy and so am I ❣️"
