"Cashier was rude...As I approached the register, I said, "Hello." She said nothing. Said nothing while scanning my items. At the completion, she said, "your recipient's right there," as she pointed to the printer. She said nothing else."
"Came to this Ross for something and immediately was greeted with a rude comment saying they close in 25 mins. Then another employee with a snotty attitude came over in the aisle and said we close in 20 mins in a rude tone. Um there’s other customers in the store too not the only ones only came in for one thing while others have cart loads of stuff. Also saw kids kicking a ball around the store like it’s a playground. Didn’t see no employee telling them to stop. First and last time will ever step foot in this Ross."
"Found a few nice tops at Ross today! Decent store, but no restroom to be found, and the main fitting room was closed. Needs some updates. The associate at checkout was very nice."
"Was surprised at how little stock this store had compared to all other stores I've been to. I thought it felt awkward, though it was clean and the associates were pleasant. I did find a couple items and will check back at a future date to see if anything has changed."
