"I haven’t been into a Citi Trend in years. My daughter needed some scrub bottoms until hers arrived and I figured I’d take a look in Citi Trend for her. I did find bottoms she could use in the mean time. However, that is not the reason for my 5 star review. The two ladies that worked on 01/19/2024 (around 3pm) were exceptionally nice and helpful. One of them went above and beyond to find my size in a shoe that I liked. I was about to leave and she came running towards the front. (This was about 10 minutes after I initially inquired about a different size). She said, I’m glad you’re still here I found your size. The store was clean and organized. Because of my interaction with them I’ll give Citi Trend another look."
"I'm giving 4stars for honesty. I shopped there on 9/16/23...got home and was missing 3items.Never I would ever see those items again. Went back 2days later and was surprised they were holding the items for me."
"So I love the variety of mens and women's clothing as well as the shoes. This store is completely stocked with clothing, apparel, accessories. I love this fashion trendy store. If your near central Avenue check this place out. One of the best places to shop with your boyfriend. We visit here quite frequently. The only odd thing they do require is you check your backpack or bag due to high theft. I love the fact they don't destroy clothing with sensors. You get a ticket to match your bags after shopping. *COVID Update* Requiring a facemask for shopping and require hand sanitizer. Go here for a family shopping trip or a girls vacation trip."
"My experience was not good on Father's Day I Purchased something for my husband and it was on the inside leg of some shorts, so I took them back to exchange them only to be told by the manager that they had been worn and they still had the tag on them."
"Got an amazing outfit from there. I was picking out some clothes and the woman that worked there bluntly let me know that it did not match. Even though my sense of matching is different from other people, she was right. She then helped me pick out an awesome outfit for my #purpday party. In will definately be going back."
