"Two stars only because I love the products. But the manager here is the absolute WORST! She has the worst attitude and just so unhappy. She is normally right at the door when you walk in and definitely doesn't make you feel welcomed. And if you have an exchange or return....let the dirty looks begin. I spend a lot of money here and had a "reward" to use....but conveniently the reward amount is just under the price of most reward worthy items and you can't pay the difference...ok cool I'll grab something nice from clearance because I spend all my money here and I deserve something a little better than a hand soap..... NOPE!!! Can't use your dang rewards on clearance either and do you think the manager tries to help or even apologize for the ridiculous company coupon policy?? NOPE!! Anyways....store has great merchandise but management is trash. Rant over. Good luck."
"Nice and calm place to visit. Visually appealing and beautifully scented. The store clerk was nice, accommodating, and busy as the other employee didn't show up. Y'all be kind to all employees everywhere. You don't know what goes on behind the scene before it gets to the floor."
