"Today, I was so disappointed in Joann's. The days of stocked shelves are gone for this store. I walked in hoping to find some thin satin ribbon. Very little to choose from. As I walked the aisles looking for other places the ribbon could be, all I found was so many shelves that were bare."
"The staff was nice. Make sure you wash your fabric. The ceiling was covered in black mold & cobwebs. Yuck noticed when I was checking out."
"You go online and make an order and then they send you an email saying the product is no longer available! Then you get a phone call from customer service saying that your product is going to be put back on the shelf how's that possible when you just sent me an email saying it was no longer available??!! Also when I got the call from customer service I came to find out they did have part of my order and the attitude of the individual who went and got my order in the back of the store was so rude when I asked for a receipt "was told your receipt is your online order!" I wanted to the receipt to make sure that I got my 25% discount which I did not and now I need to call customer service and take it up with them once again!!! BUT was not impressed with their online service!"
