"If you are looking for a new bike I highly recommend Crank Works Bicycles. The staff was great to work with and they confidently answered every question I had regarding E bikes. Bob was a wealth of knowledges and super friendly. Both Marks, one being the owner, were also vey friendly and helpful."

"This is our experience. My wife and I took our old bikes in to be serviced. 3 things happened which I disagree with. 1.) Both our bikes have wear on the frame from our bike rack. Who I presume is the owner told my wife that her bike was unsafe and dangerous and needed to be replaced. Unless you have a degree in structural engineering from an accredited university (like I do) you do not have the knowledge to make these kinds of statements in regards to the structural integrity of an aluminum frame. 2.) My wife picked a bike out and took a test drive around the parking lot. She decided it was okay and agreed to purchase. We cut out to go out of the Country for 2 1/2 weeks. We returned and paid for the bike and picked it up. We rode the next day 20 miles and she decided that the bike was to heavy for her. We went back to Crank Works and she said I don't like the bike what are my options. The one who I think is the owner refused to speak. He gave her no options. His brilliant solution was to put skinnier tires to reduce the weight. So much for proof of a degree. On top of that man up dude. 3.) The day my wife initially decided she would get a new bike, she asked the same guy what will happen to my bike. He said tonight it will in my dumpster behind my store. When we came back from our trip her bike was in his store with some new parts holding up the seat. So what you said was simply not true. So. There is a lot here going on that is hokey. The entire time I listened to this guy I thought what a joke. I just didn't want to subvert my wife. Make your own decision. I would stay far from this place in regards to sales. On the plus side he did service my bike and I have no complaints. Buyer beware."

"Great privately owned bicycle shop. I bought a bike back in my home state. Soon I developed and issue with my hub. Other bike shops said bring it in. When I did they had some excuse why they could not work on it. Mark with Crank Works was great. Worked to resolve my issue and at a very affordable cost. They have a large assortment of bikes in stock along with many accessories. This is my go to place while in Florida. Thanks for great service."

"Great bike shop! We bought our mountain bikes (his and hers) last year but haven't had a chance to ride them much. Whenever we've had any issues, they've taken care of them immediately. I just had my forks spring a leak and they went above and beyond to take care of the issue as quickly as possible and under the warranty (no charge)."
